Agora will start on March 13th an extensive and exciting Photoshop introductory course lead by Declan Hurley.This course, taught in English, will acquaint you with the many functions and features of Photoshop, providing you with a command of the basic tools and techniques needed for the creation and preparation of digital images.By the end of the course you will be able to work with layers and masks, retouch photographs, manipulate images, create digital collages, work with text, prepare images for print and web, use photoshop in your art practice and more. We will also cover all of the basics of file management and file formats.
Declan Hurley is a Berlin based Photoshop tutor from the National College of Art & Design in Dublin. Declan has a degree in Fine Art and seven years experience with Photoshop, not only teaching others how to use it, but also using it in his own work.
On the course’s last day, Agora will organize a small presentation of the works created during these 3 weeks.
Requirements:
- Own laptop (mac/pc) with Photoshop installed.
You can download a trial of the latest version (CS5).
- Fluent English
