Welcome to Berlin! This beautiful and pulsating city, filled with energy, lust and freedom.

You might already have found your place here. But what about those weird stuttering and gurgling sounds people are screaming at each other in the streets? Is this also part of it? It certainly is. This is called German. And almost everybody lives along this language here.

Have you heard somebody saying: “Language is the key!” Sounds reasonable. Language unlocks the door to peoples’ thoughts and to a big part of their cultural heritage and future. But where exactly, then, is the keyhole to be found? And how to shape the key the way it’ll fit?

If you consider accepting some guidance on your possible passage from head-shaking amazement via daily life communication to reading and composing German texts on your own, have a closer look at this:

Adrian, a friend of AGORA collective, recently opened his language laboratory:

The LANGOLAB

The LANGOLAB is not a septic and anonymous language school. It is an integrated part of Neukölln’s neighborhood, a meeting point for young and creative people that want to transform their energy into motivated learning.

Learning a language is not far away from learning any other thing in life. Although some things come by themselves and others need to be practiced with more discipline. Language usually doesn’t come by itself. Therefore, it is necessary to learn how to learn it. There are strategies that facilitate your access to language learning. They need to be adapted to every individual learner, as we all perceive our environment differently and are driven by our personal interests and needs.

This is what Adrian does in his LANGOLAB. Check it out! Write or call him for information on course dates and vacancies.

AGORA members get a discount on Intensive Courses and Evening Classes.
